Caitlin Greenwood
Caitlin Greenwood has joined US-based Ross School's admissions team in the role of Assistant Director of Admissions. Before Ross, Caitlin graduated from Bowdoin College in 2015 with a BA in German Language and Literature. After college she received a Fulbright scholarship to teach English in Kiel, Germany for the 2015-2016 school year. Having gathered many valuable study abroad experiences herself, she is very excited to start this new role. She is responsible for working with agents in Europe to represent Ross and recruit international students.

Marco Fortis
Marco Fortis has joined High Schools International (HSI) in the role of Sales & Marketing Manager. Marco will be a new face in the study travel sector, but he brings a wealth of skill and experience to the HSI team, having previously owned his own retail business and, more recently, worked for big brands in tech marketing. Marco will be replacing Tom Reed who, after five successful years with HSI, is taking some time to pursue further studies in languages and business management.

Matthew Schneider
Matthew Schneider has been appointed as Director of Partnership Development at Wisconsin ESL Institute (WESLI) in the US. With 15+ years' experience in higher education, Matthew has been a leader in the development of both domestic and international student success. He has developed academic partnerships and dual degree programmes with colleges and universities all around the world. "Cross cultural immersion is critical for our global citizens to better understand each other," said Matthew. "International education and language programmes provide an excellent platform for that understanding." In his free time Matthew is part of the NAFSA Region V Leadership Team, an avid rugby player, and devoted family man.

Natalia Volchugova
Natalia Volchugova has joined Dukes Education Group as a Regional Manager for Russia, Eastern Europe and CIS. The Group has recently added Earlscliffe College to its portfolio of independent schools in the UK, which also includes Cardiff Sixth Form College. Natalia brings five years of industry experience from Cambridge Education Group, where she looked after CATS College UK and CATS Academy Boston recruitment from Europe, Russia and CIS. Most recently Natalia worked at The Spencer Group as an executive search consultant, focusing on senior leadership recruitment within the education sector. "I am extremely excited to be back in student recruitment, where I can support young people to achieve their academic ambitions," she said. "Dukes Education has an excellent portfolio of colleges and I am thrilled to be part of the team."

Dan Peirce
Dan Peirce has joined the International Marketing and Sales team at Meridian School of English (part of Tellus Education Group) to cover the Western European market. They offer adult English language courses and work placement in Plymouth and Portsmouth in the UK. Dan has over eight years' experience within the education sector, initially as a trained ESL teacher and later moving over to student recruitment and marketing. Dan said he is excited to be promoting English courses in the UK, something he is very passionate about.

Vladimir Butin
Vladimir Butin has started at St. Francis' College, a day and boarding school for girls based in Hertfordshire, UK, as International Marketing Manager. He joins from Cambridge Regional College and will oversee all international projects at the school. Vladimir brings with him a wealth of experience and global contacts which will enrich the Boarding House and whole-school community. Vladimir will be responsible for overseas recruitment and for all contact with St Francis's partners abroad.

Nadia Zammal
Nadia Zammal has recently joined Find Digs and Find Education, an English language junior summer camps and student accommodation specialist in the UK, in the role of Sales Manager. Prior to this, Nadia worked for three years as Groups & Social Organiser at Excel English language school in London and has gained over 10 years' travel industry experience. With her group travel and EFL background, Nadia has valuable experience to give agents around the world advice on programmes that would best suit their students, whether on teenage summer camps or university student accommodation in London.

Amy Grace
Amy Grace has started as Head of Marketing and Communications at Nobel International School Algarve, Portugal. She comes to the role with extensive experience in both education and content marketing. Previously she was PR and Social Media Manager at Sedbergh School in the UK and grew the school's social media presence to the most influential in the UK for three years running. Amy began her career in marketing as a master's degree trained journalist, specialising in content marketing at London communications agency Redwood Group, and later as Group Digital Editor for Northcliffe Media. Also a qualified secondary school teacher, and former Head of Media at Exeter College, UK, she has a special interest in Sixth Form tutoring and has taught overseas in Hong Kong and Poland.

Carolyn Bercu

Carolyn Bercu has joined the Languages Canada team as Manager, International Promotion and Marketing, where she will be responsible for the planning and execution of marketing and international promotion activities, including trade missions, fam trips, and participation in recruitment and other events. Carolyn worked in the University of Toronto's English Language program from 1998 to 2004. She then became a managing partner of ISX Tours, and most recently she headed the University Pathway programme for the International Language Academy of Canada (ILAC). She also has experience with Immigration Canada and the Immigration Refugee Board Canada. Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, Carolyn has spent much of her career in Latin America, supporting agents with their efforts to recruit students to Canada. Carolyn is excited join the Languages Canada team to help promote the high quality of language education in Canada and the diversity of programmes.

Louis Allen
Louis has recently joined Bright World Education & Guardianships Ltd as Sales and Marketing Assistant. It is Louis' job to promote Bright World, and to boost and maintain their sales via agent contact, and also through managing their social media accounts, news feeds, and blogs. Prior to joining Bright World, Louis completed his degree in Media & Cultural Studies at Canterbury Christ Church University, before attaining the position of Social Media Coordinator for knitwear retailer, WoolOvers. Louis is excited about this new challenge, as well as the prospect of learning many new skills, whilst also building a career for himself in an industry which is completely new to him.
